If you have selected a date and time on the calendar, click NEXT to enter your appointment details and authorize credit card payment. You will receive a receipt and confirmation email once your payment has been processed.

Only one appointment per couple is allowed. If multiple appointments for the same couple are reserved, all appointments will be canceled.  Each rescheduled appointment is subject to the $23 reservation fee.
